General Terms and conditions
Confirmation of a booking by the client is considered official only upon receipt of an email “Welcome to B&B Dimora Monsignore”.
On acceptance of the booking a deposit of 25% of the total cost will be due. This payment can be made by : Bank transfer or Credit card
A credit card payment is only used as a guarantee. All payments will be made directly on your arrival at B&B Dimora Monsignore.
Cancellation Policy
Should your travel arrangements change, you should inform us at least 7 days in advance.
Providing we have 7 days notice of cancellation, no payments will be due and any deposit will be returned (less any banking charges).
In the event of a late cancellation, a charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation will be levied.
Special Conditions
All children under 4 years stay free of charge. B&B Dimora Monsignore offers 50% discount to children aged from 4 to 12 years.

We ask you to please vacate your room by 10.30 on the morning of departure
At Dimora Monsignore we guarantee check-in from 14.30, although we cannot always make rooms available beforehand we will be able to accommodate an early bag drop off 08.00 to 14.00 – so you can start exploring Termoli!
